Grab a seat in Sue Boo’s Kitchen

When the Cotter crew is together, we are undoubtedly in the kitchen. It is the social epicenter of all family gatherings but it is also, more importantly, my mom’s space. She owns it, she dominates it, she creates masterful food that no  words can describe. But, despite the deliciousness she churns out, her recipes only live in her mind and loose leaf paper. In an effort to make sure her food is always available to those who appreciate it most, we’re starting a little blog here to house all of her delights. Enjoy!
